The view from the windows couldn’t be improved on and the nearness to boats and station is a great selling point. The secure parking. Flat was lovely and warm with hot water.

Mary’s apartment has the most stunning position and views. The terrace was a great spot to sit and watch the world go by. Easy walk from the station and to the ferries- it is in a fabulous location. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. There are quite a few flights of stairs to climb but the view more than makes up for this!! We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

What an amazing place to stay, views were just beautiful 😍 The apartment had everything you need, washing machine, microwave, oven, king bed, stove top, and coffee maker. We stayed on 2nd floor in the One Bedroom (4 adults), yes there are stairs but you are warned about this. Instructions to find apartment are very clear, when arriving by train, walk down Via Imbarcadero not Via per Esino, then it is a much shorter walk. Easy walk to ferries and restaurants. Hint 1: If going to Como for a day trip, take the early slow ferry for scenery, as we took late morning one which was great but had to queue for an hour to take fast ferry back and was booked out until 7pm. It wasn't a problem for us but just so you know. We couldn't buy return ticket until we arrived in Como. In future I would just get all day ticket to Como so no queuing for tickets. Hint 2. Make the effort to walk up to Castello di Vezio, yes it's a steep walk-up but well worth it and a cafe at entrance to Castello which has great food and drinks. The North path is the safer route of the 2, much wider and plenty of places to stop and rest.

The position was amazing with a wonderful view from the rooftop area. It was very close to the ferry terminal and all the activities whilst still being quiet.

It was bright and clean and comfortable. Bed was good . Good choice of pillows and blankets. Great to have a washing machine . No elevator but we knew this and it wasn’t a problem, it’s on the second floor . Once shutters closed at night it was very quiet. Close to station and ferry .

Absolutely everything, Mary was a fantastic host and this is a fantastic apartment, incredible views from the apartment and the location is the best.
