Perfect location. Luxury balcony, face the lake. Excellent breakfast. Facilities a bit old though.

The property has a great location and our view was amazing. The daily breakfast was also great, along with the restaurant in the evening. The staff were really helpful, and provided lots of guidance on how to move around the lake.

The room had a fabulous view of Lake Como from the balcony, and was also clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Varenna with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby but still quiet. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. The air conditioning did well to cope with the heatwave. Breakfast was great, on a lovely terrace overlooking the lake and had lots of choice. Staff were very helpful and let us store our luggage after checkout so we could walk around the lake.
