Our room had windows that opened up onto the piazza which had a lovely buzzing vibe. The food at the restaurant beneath was delicious & the included breakfast was fresh and & local produce

The room was clean and bed comfortable. There was a small fridge in the room. Good location, about a 10 min walk from the train station and very easy to access restaurants etc. breakfast was included which was great.

i wrote an earlier review on the wrong property. I'm so sorry. This place was perfect. I chose a single room which was small, but perfect. Clean and comfortable. It is above a restaurant, but has a lift which was great for luggage. The restaurant had great food, including a really good breakfast. It was in the Varenna Square, which had music going, but it was rather lovely. And my window had a view of Lake Como. It was a bit steep getting there, and out, but all the villages are steep. I loved it and would recommend.

Location was excellent. Very pleasant lady who served us beautiful breakfast, huge variety & very delicious. The room was at the very top overlooking the lake, just stunning views.

Location is 100%! Our room was not ready at check-in time (14:00), delayed by only about 15 minutes, but we were OK with it as we went to eat downstairs. The room was better than I expected and better than the photos. Bathroom is OK, our toilet did not have a toilet seat, so was uncomfortable, and shower is small, but OK also. Room was clean and bed was comfortable! Check-in desk is inside the restaurant (no real signs so we were confused). Front desk person was friendly. Recommend it!
