Beautiful location with a lovely garden in front of the rooms. Very tasty breakfast (enormous portions) before going to explore the Vardzia caves.

Very friendly hosts, perfect food and nice views. Many animals on the territory: dogs, cats, fish and turtle, which is great for kids.

We booked this place a couple hours before arriving and all was clean and ready for us - owners even were ready to prepare some meal for us as it was already dark and late. This is a nice family place in "nowhere", but the place was so charming and the owners so nice that we were even ready to stay there for two nights (unfortunately because of issues with a rental car we couldn't stay). The owner - a young man - shared with us some ideas for the next day (hiking possibilities, churches locations etc.) as nature all around is very nice. In the morning we got a tasty, hearty breakfast and were ready for hiking to Tmogvi castle. We were really happy about this choice.

Tsotne's Kingdom is a recently opened homestay style accommodation. I received a warm welcome, was spontaneously served a cup of coffee, and enjoyed a homemade breakfast in the family kitchen in the morning. This smallscale accommodation is in close proximity of Vardzia, in a quiet village. The garden is beautiful and a great place to relax.

This place is awesome ,it’s located 10 minutes away from the Vardzia caves . The owner,Tsotne is a young and nice guy.He speaks English ,helpful and warm to give you a lot of information when you need .He and his family take care of the guests. The room is very spacious and clean ,show is great (good water pressure) .In the morning,Tsotne’s Mum cooked such a delicious breakfast,the portion and food choice are both great.We ate them all. The parking is right by the house ,the house garden is also designed by Tsotne with good taste.

Our stay at Tsotne's kingdom was great. The place is just a few minutes drive from Vardzia's magnificent site. The hosts are very responsive and were incredibly welcoming when we arrived. During our stay, they tried to help us with any request we had. The place is very cozy, with a very nice garden, the atmosphere is cheerful, and you could tell they really care about it! The rooms were very nice and clean and had everything you need. We also had dinner there (GEL 50 per person) and breakfast (included in the price), and both were delicious.
