This is an apartment building and the closest beach is a 10 mins walk to the Fatrade beach which is next to the Varca beach. The ambience around the place is serene with lots of greenery around. All daily amenities are available at the apartment like air conditioning, electric kettle, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, TV and a high speed WIFI. The apartment is clean and spacious for a group of 4. The host Dilip is a very responsive gentleman and was kind enough to accommodate us before the scheduled check-in time. We had informed him a day prior that we would be arriving early. A security was available 24 hours at the gated community. Overall, it would be a decent recommendation from me to my family and friends.
