The location is right on the ganga ghat, you can see the ghat and energy of the place from the balcony of the property. Very convenient to roam around ghats and come back to the room and take a nap. Staff is very helpful, polite and goes beyond their duty to help to understand the place, chalk down options to roam around. They came us to pick up from main junction as for the first time the lanes and location might get confusing. also they dropped our bags to the same junction while returning. Overall good experience.

The Hospitality, the owners keep track of the trip since the beginning. The pick up from the nearest stop to the stay. It was all very well coordinated The room location was exactly on the ghat. With the view of the river The room was clean, the linens were clean. Except the bathroom was a little small, but it was ok for a stay for one or two days.

Sunrise lodge is one of the big reason my stay in Varanasi was amazing ! First everyone from the staff is very helpful, kind and lovely human. Also I had the big chance to stay in the small room with sharing bathroom. It's a magic one, where you can enjoy Ganga view from your bed. There is a terrasse where you can enjoy the energy of Kashi outside of the crowd. The veg Pakora was delicious for me. And good location on the ghat, 5min walk to Manikarnika Ghat and 30 min walking to Assi Ghat. Feel grateful to stay there, hope to come visiting you soon ! In 7 month travelling, is the place I felt the best !

I can’t imagine I could find better place in Varanasi! Perfect location right at the river bank with access to the gath. Super friendly and helpful staff. You can get over there a tasty food, drinks, help with any activities you would like to do, tours and whatever you need them to help you with. My room was very tidy with hot water available all the time, very quite as it was on the top floor, with access to almost private terrace, aircon, towels etc. Having in mind the old town area of Varanasi this place could be considered as very high standard! If I’m ever back in town this is the place I will definitely stay in!
