Our stay at Mother Hostel was a feeling of being at "home away from home." The name absolutely justified the overall experiences my husband and I had during our 10-day stay at this family-run tourist accommodation, where every moment was made to feel special with a familial warmth with Gaurav and his entire family ensuring that we were provided with just anything we needed, from items to advice about finding our best ways around the local areas. Rishi “Try Mother Hostel you won't be disappointed”
I've come to banaras before and stayed at places that were not well maintained, but this time my whole perception about Varanasi changed when I reached Mother Hostel. The owner Gaurav and his family are very warm and hospitable people. It almost felt like I've come to a relatives house. Besides that the food is awesome and you can also have some fun feeding the monkeys that come on the terrace, don't worry its enclosed so they can't harm you. Overall this was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. Kudos Mother Hostel.

Foods are costly rather than the quality & quantity of the food. Location is not fair. Too much walking from the center.
