Located in a resedential area, is one of the best thing I liked as I could save my ears and mind from the city traffic and noise. For first timers in Varanasi, city may look overwhelming with lots of traffic and cows ;) The place provided with a excellent escape from the chaos and yet its very centrally Located. I arrived by Vande Bharat train and it took me 10 minutes to arrive by a tuk-tuk, for 80 rupees fare. The owner of the property is very helpful and friendly, he himself is well traveled across the globe and knows the hospitality. He assisted with getting the Darshan at Kashi Vishwanath as it was crowded due to Savan month and got me great deal on boat tour. The property is well maintained, beautiful and hygienic. Don't come here with the expectation of Hotel, as they provide serviced appartments with kitchen and housekeeping. It's good for guests who want to explore Varanasi at their own pace on a budget.
