One of the Vietnamese hosts was very generous and kind to me, I'm so proud of our national spirit at this point 🙏🏼 very much appreciated for it. I enjoyed the wide, comfortable bed. ------ Here are some of my povs, hope that the owners have a read on others' and mine to please, please improve for the long term run of the place 🙏🏼 + On my arrival, I followed Google Maps to reach to the place, the hotel billboard was somewhat damaged with falling letters + The dollars to kip conversion was a little questionmark-able... I had $39.03 booking price to 898kip... but still, I understand they're doing a business, so... maybe clarify more at the reception table about currency conversion of the date? + I had a walk around, couldn't find the pool or "the vibes" like in the Booking's description?? Even had to check with one of the guests to be sure that I'm in the right hotel 🙏🏼 + The first moment of walking into my room, omg, the smell of "sour" wood and humidity in the room was... can you please improve on this 🙏🏼 + Quality of toilet tissues in my room was really low, it's not even as good as ones I had on 3kip public toilet!! + The reception area in comparison to the Booking's description, again.... + There was no clear instructions/information provided on my arrival about drinking water refills, pools or even "included breakfast". Next time, please make sure your guests are aware of that, because they have already paid... Feeling like they have sold the place and others are running it... also, I booked the place since October for my stay in December because of Genius discounts and the above 8.6 ratings (according to my memory), when it's my stay, the score was 8.1 and now we're all aware that it's scores are dropping... Hope the owners are seriously considering about this. Thank you 🙏🏼

Good relation quality price with genious discount. The room is big, confortable and clean. I liked Taiwo, a very nice Nigerian guy on the reception and with a very good english, some of the others employes are very friendly but they don't speak any english.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! The pool is so peaceful and the rooftop is perfect for relaxing while enjoying the city views. It’s also in a great location, walking distance to the city center, making it super easy to explore. The staff is incredibly friendly and their English is perfect, so communication was never a problem. I’ll definitely stay here again next time!
