The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly. Nice little balcony with table and chairs. Close to town centre. A basic room as expected for the price.

Decent room. Not the 4 Seasons but good vfm. Helpful staff. Ok breakfast. Booked tours and travel through them, trustworthy.

I really like this hotel. Nice room with large bed. Very comfortable. Located in city center. Friendly and helpful staff. She helped me book tours and train tickets. ຂອບໃຈ Victory hostel❤️

This is a really nice hotel, super clean, comfortable. The staff is super helpful to book train ticket, tours, hot balloon with good prices , 5 stars for the services. Definitely recommended.
