This small hotel offers value for money. Good breakfast with eggs, pancake or traditional dishes. Location is excellent, just at the edge of the centre. Spacious room with relaxing chairs and good working airco, good bed. and nice view.

Generally looks clean, but on the bedsheets were several marks and even few hairs, which actually made me doubt if it was changed… Breakfast was good, but big minus that no coffee machine. I saw lots of very tiny ants on the table, where TV and some in the bathroom. Was very quiet, this is a good point.

Lovely, quiet, spacious, clean room and attached bathroom. A very good breakfast served fresh each day ( tropical fruit, eggs, pancakes, baguette and jam). Thee (the receptionist) and Beer (the waiter and cook) were both charmingly gentle and and treated guests very respectfully. I'd definitely recommend this small hotel to anyone visiting Vang Vieng.

the owner was very kind and helpful, could organize everything for you: motorbike or activities. hotel room big enough with fridge and clean. the view from our room was spectacular. basic breakfast.

Great location, friendly staff and good breakfast. The air conditioning was very good. Lovely view from the balcony, we loved seeing the hot air balloons flying over.

We had the ground floor room overlooking the banana trees and it was very comfortable and nice! The rooms were always super clean and the breakfast was very generous, lots of fresh fruit and eggs available. The owner was very helpful - helped book us tours with the best local agency (wonderful tours), Tuk Tuks, and do laundry at a good price. The hair dryer was the best I've seen in a hotel while travelling! The location is good, just a short stroll from the centre of town.

The room is lovely with a nice balcony facing the mountains. Very clean. Bed is comfortable. Close to everything but really quiet.

The view was absolutely stunning. The host was super friendly, as were all the staff. Complimentary breakfast/hot drinks.
