One of the friendliest places I have ever stayed. The manager ( I think he probably owns it) held the doors for us, not just when we checked in, but during our entire stay as I am disabled, he went the extra mile to make sure it was easy for me to get in and out. He also offered to carry our luggage. The room was freshly renovated, well cleaned and extremely quiet and comfortable. We slept excellent both nights we stayed here. Also nice cold A/C, which was huge since we stayed during some hot weather. Vanderhoof is an extremely friendly town and we definitely plan to visit again!

I thought the breakfast a bit disappointing. Small selection and not very hot (temperature). But I appreciate that you did not appear to be very busy which may have affected breakfast selection.
