Location is excellent. The kitchen was okay. The cleaning depended on who was on duty that particular day - a couple were very good, a couple very cursory. The help extended by the service desk was excellent - couldn't ask for more.

Great location when you have to be at UBC, right at the heart of the campus, and so quiet. Simple but great kitchen, and top laundry facility.

The place was really nice, the staff were super and good location to the hospital for patients. The rooms were a good size with kitchen and nice to have the balcony.
