“The perfect place in the Couv”

This is a beautiful home in the heart of rejuvenated oldtown Vancouver on a dead-end street. The neighborhood is quiet and clean and is the perfect dog-walking neighborhood. It's very close to all the new restaurants downtown and sits next to the I-5 freeway, so there's easy access to everything. Even with being close to the freeway, there was no traffic noise, so the evenings were very peaceful. The house is updated in modern retro, is very welcoming, and the shower was epic according to my sister and her husband.
