Room spacious and comfortable. Bathroom set up with a grab bar to help getting in and out of the bath. Front desk staff very helpful. Wonderful views of English Bay from the bar and restaurant. Room service excellent

Excellent beachfront location near by eateries and shops. Short walk into stanley park. Bus stop 3min walk No 5 bus to Robson St shops and connection to sky train for airport. Restaurant in hotel was very good and the breakfast menu. Staff all curious and attentive.

I loved the location and the history of the hotel. I especially loved the history wall and the artwork in the room. The room is spacious and has been kept clean always. The people working at Sylvia Hotel were very warm and friendly.

We are very nostalgic people and simply love the history and vibe of The Sylvia. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. We love to grab a cocktail and sometimes brekky in your lovely restaurant/bar. The view is stunning! We'll keep coming back especially since our kids now live near by!

We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and the meals were delicious! We love the location and the history of the Sylvia. We will definitely stay there again!
