I stayed 7 nights here and it was such a wonderful stay. The hotel is located in a great location, safe, clean and not noisy although just minutes walk way from Gastown, Waterfront and Downtown. Facilities although old, functioned well and the rooms were huge by current hotel standards! The service team at the lobby and restaurant were great. I arrived late at night and had to wait for my room a little and wasnt bothered at all but the lobby team and manager were so apologetic about it and even gave to restaurant credits which was so awesome. The food at P2B was great and everything else too. Thank you for making my time in Vancouver a safe and great one!

Great location to explore downtown from - big room and staff helpful. Beds are small. Pool and hot tub good and helped that open from 5am as could use when waking up early jet lagged. We had a room for two adults and two 10yo. The two double beds were the smallest doubles so we had to sleep one adult and one child per bed, wouldn’t work if the kids were any older or bigger. So worth bearing in mind for other families booking,

Although hotel was on the older side aesthetically, it was super comfortable and clean all the time. The rooms were big and clean and had everything you’ll need. The restaurant P2B downstairs also had great breakfast and service. The waterfront is only a 5-10mins walk away it’s great for early morning or evening walks.

Though the hotel is a little dated, it was clean and the staff was very pleasant. The location is great, this was my 3rd time staying here and I had no issues.

Great spot for being close to amenities and concert location and PNE exhibition grounds. Ubers are constantly around and are easy to hop in rather than waiting for a taxi.
