My stay at Hotel Paradox Vancouver was exceptional from start to finish! The value for what you get here is outstanding. Everything from check-in to room service and even the thoughtful turn-down service with chocolates was top-notch. It’s the little details that set this place apart. The pen in the room? Surprisingly high-quality. Fresh canned waters provided daily? A nice touch. Even the bath mat and toiletries mat were a step above what you’d expect for a hotel in this price range. If you’re looking for a stay that balances luxury with affordability, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be returning!

We loved our stay here and wished we could've stayed for longer. We visited in off-peak season so the price was very reasonable and we can't find fault with anything. The room was spacious and comfortable and came with robes, slippers, and a huge bathroom. Staff were friendly and nice to chat to.

It is a beautiful property, staff are friendly. Views are amazing, it’s clean it’s in a great location. Absolutely no complaints! We have actually cut our stay in Whistler short to return to the Paradox again tonight before heading back to the uk

We stayed for one night to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had the best experience! We were pleasantly greeted by the front desk and upgraded our room which was a nice surprise! The hotel is super modern, the rooms are updated with automated shades/curtains and lights, heated bathroom floors, iPad free to use in the room and more. Was about a 25 minute walk to Rogers Arena for the hockey game. Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations we were super happy!

We loved our stay! Centrally located in a very safe area. The communication before our arrival was perfect and we were giving a very quiet room (because I was concerned about the inhouse club). The staff is very friendly and professional. The room was breathtaking, just as the views from our room. We loved the turndown service. Such a nice gesture. I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

We celebrated my husband’s 30th birthday and the staff was very accommodating, from early check-in to leaving a birthday note and treat for my husband. The room was amazing with blackout curtains and a comfortable bed allowing a cozy and good nights sleep. Will definitely return for future celebrations or a quick getaway in the city.

Very nice rooms, excellent staff and responsiveness. Bed was comfortable and the room was luxurious enough that it was nice to stay and spend time in. My room also had heated floors at the bathroom vanity which was a nice surprise! Best customer service of any five star hotel I have been to.
