The room was basic but had everything you need for a good stay! Comfy beds, lots of room in the bathroom and soft fluffy towels. The parking garage across the street is very secure (you go to the top floor and the garage can only be accessed using a hotel key card) but the staff warned us a still to make sure there’s nothing in the car because of the general theft issue in Vancouver. The location is GREAT! You can walk to almost anywhere in downtown, the area is busy and safe and yet our room was super quiet (we had a room not facing the road which means no view but we didn’t mind that!)

Simple hotel. Older and nothing fancy.All the amenities needed. Clean and very comfortable bed. Grocery store close by. Right downtown but not at all noisy. Really surprised at the price I paid for location ( $139 CAD all in) but that must have been an off season rate. Really good value for money in February! Lovely helpful staff. Will be my go- to hotel for Vancouver if the price doesn't increase too much.
