Really liked the gym view on the 16th floor and the Peloton bikes in the gym. Sadly, I was disappointed that the hot tub was closed the entire weekend that we were there so that was unexpected and unfortunate.

Good size room, comfy large bed, good bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful, friendly and professional staff. Downtown location only short walk to city centre. Excellent boutique hotel.

Included breakfast was a deciding factor in our choice to stay here. My nephew loved making his own waffle. The selection was thoughtful and appreciated. Room was quiet.

Easy to find, and the security at the hotel made me feel so secure to be alone in my room while my husband was at a hockey game. Staff were so professional, friendly, and informative, and they made my husband and I like we were royalty. The next time I am in Vancouver I will be staying at Hampton Inn and Suites on Robson.

This is a great location (right across the street from Rogers Arena) for concert/game nights. The hotel is clean, rooms and beds are comfy and free breakfast is more than adequate with all the basics. Too bad hotels all double/triple their regular rates for concert/game/event nights.

Good Location, Friendly helpful staff. The room was a great size and a good view. Staff gave us an upgraded larger room, which was really appreciated. Modern styling and comfortable.
