The host was very responsive and my room was very comfortable. The shared kitchen was fine and the yard is nice.

Tommy was very helpful and gave elaborate instructions on how to get to the place. The place itself is located in a good proximity to the bus stop which gives access to all parts of the city. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you!

The property was priced appropriately and was quite convenient to a neighborhood not serviced by hotels. The other guests were all very friendly - lots of international folk. Grocery, bank, restaurant, drug store, bus lines, etc., all within a couple blocks walk distance away. I felt welcome, as though I could make myself at home.

Overall I was satisfied with price and my room. The upstairs bathroom especially the shower was grubby and the shower covered with mould and did not drain. Standing up to my ankles in water. There needs to be a mirror in the bedroom.

The host was exceptionally friendly and personable, which made for a very comfortable stay. Unlike my previous reservation in Vancouver, where I felt like a burden to the property owner, this experience was entirely different and put me at ease. I would not hesitate to book again.

A clean and well maintained house with everything that you need. The kitchen is large and have everything that you need.

The location is comfortable. You can reach the downtown by bus. I had no problems to find the house and the check in was easy. The room is clean and the amenities were comfortable for my stay of 5 nights.
