This hotel is not fancy, being older, but it is in an excellent location, clean and comfortable, with friendly, helpful staff. My only suggestion is to avoid the 3rd floor if you are sensitive to noise as you can hear the beat of the music from the nightclub below. However, we stayed in a different room on our way back and it was extremely quiet.

The location is excellent, and the staff were helpful. Free breakfast is included. It is good for budget travelers who only need a bed and shower at the end of the day.

Location, Location, Location. It was a great base whilst we explored Vancouver. We’ve stayed here on three separate occasions and the staff were always lovely and accommodating. The hotel rooms were always clean, the showers hot, the rooms have a coffee machine, access to an ice machine and the heat was was always on, it was beautiful to walk into a warm room after a cold day exploring the city. Thank you

The hotel is A short walk from Waterfront station airport train,,once you have settled, buses stop in both directions virtually out side the door and if you feel like walking Canada Central and Vancouver attractions are A five minutes walk, if you are exhausted an English pub is under the pub, happy hour is good value and the beer's are exceptional

This was the perfect place and location for my visit to attend the 2025 Invictus games . Events held in convention centre in Vancouver, 5 min walk from hotel and Whistler which is only only 2hour bus ride,5 mins walk from hotel. Street cars available near hotel too. My only complaint as a typical Brit is we don't want coffee creamer for our tea,that's all there was in the bedroom.

A centrally located hotel, within easy walking distance of Waterfront Station & Burrard Station/Hyaat Regency for travel to Whistler. The breakfast was a rare find in this city!

Location was good for downtown, just around the corner from the bus stop for Whistler. Close to the major shops. Breakfast was fairly good, with waffles to make!
