My room was great, clean, and had everything I needed. Very convenient location, short walk to the waterfront/sea wall and then on to Stanley Park. Also a short 20-25min walk to English Bay (or a quick Uber!) if you want to spend time walking along the beaches like I did! There are also free shuttle stops nearby that will take you to the Capilano Suspension Bridge.

Location is excellent if you are taking a cruise. It is just a stone throw away than many hotels around. You can easily walk it. Do not take a taxi !

Good location, close to the harbour walk. Fairley close to train station and lots of restaurants and cafées. Veri comfy beds!

Friendly and amazing front of house. Kriztel and Greg from Concierge (might be wrong) were Mint. they provided us with so much information and were the most engaging in conversation. Location-wise, we walked almost everywhere including to Rogers Arena. 7-11 is nearby but we found the drugstore diagonally across provided better value for money and choices of snacks.

THe rooms were a great size, bathroom was very clean and looked new. Sheets and beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and terrific - felt bad we didn't have any cash to leave tips. Next time we'll be better prepared!

We had a lovely view of the harbour looking out to grouse mountain and the harbour. Great location!
