Please note guests travelling with pets will be charged an additional fee of 40$ plus tax per pet per night. We are limited to only accommodate dogs - as pets. Please note that a maximum of 2 pet(s) is allowed. Guests travelling with pets will be allocated rooms only on the designated pet friendly floor.Studio Suites with full kitchen have limited inventory and are available on request only - not guaranteed.• There is a charge of $40 per night per pet, with a maximum of 2 mid sized dogs.
• Pet-friendly rooms are located on the 8th floor.
• Any pet found on a non-designated floor will incur a $250 penalty for deep cleaning.
• We only accept dogs.
• A pet registration card must be filled out upon check-in.

We were made to feel very welcome. Early check in was arranged when we arrived and we were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the kitchenette was a great bonus, as was the pool downstairs. Very happy with the location - near to transport including hop on hop off bus, shops, restaurants and attractions. The view from our apartment on the 22nd floor was amazing, especially at night with all the Christmas lights across the city. We got room service from the restaurant downstairs, a steak dinner and a couple of pastas. It was all delicious and fresh tasting, and delivered super fast. We would love to stay here again, it would be ideal for a longer stay.

Front staff are helpful. We got checked in early and got an upgrade from a king studio to a one bedroom suite. The balcony has great view of the city. Everything is clean and tidy. The location is so close to shopping and a variety of restaurants.

Our room on the 27th floor had an excellant view of the city and the bay and was extremely roomy and comfortable.
