The room pretty basic and bare. It's clean and comfortable but very basic. What makes this place good is the staff. They're amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Also there's tons of very cool little restaurants to explore nearby

We just returned from our stay and we can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us well. She didn’t judge us by our appearance instead, a wonderful lady at the front desk explained her policies with warmth and kindness. We felt valued right away. When we mentioned we didn’t have a credit card for the $250 deposit, we expected some pushback, but she went out of her way to help us. She offered us a beautiful, spacious, and clean room that made our stay truly enjoyable. It felt so good to see such fair treatment for everyone, with no discrimination at all. One of our favorite parts of the hotel was the lobby, where refreshing drinks are available. It was so so delicious! If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with genuine kindness and respect, Cassandra Hotel is the perfect choice. We left with happy memories. Oops! we're very sorry for the small mess in our room.

I was really impressed by the service. I wish all hotel staff were like Handra, who was very helpful and welcoming. She's an asset. While the hotel isn’t as fancy as some, but their service is and it made my visit great. I recommend this hotel for its wonderful service and security!

The exceptional customer service of the lady at this hotel impressed me. She was always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. The room she give us is super nice and big and good viewing. She was also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed and good place to visit.

Even thou there is construction going on, I think it is a good sign that they are working to make things better. The updates show they care about improving the guest experience. I felt very safe during my stay because of the many security cameras and the digital locks that only guests can use. It made me feel more comfortable knowing the hotel takes safety seriously. I want to mention the staff, Handra, who was amazing. She was very patient and helpful, even with some rude guests. From check in to check out Handra made sure I had everything I needed and her friendly attitude made my stay even better. So even with the construction, I had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel. I can't wait to see all the improvements they are making.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Extremely clean room. We loved the colourful lights.
