When booking more than 3 rooms (group booking), different cancellation policies and non-refundable deposit will be required immediately.The hotel does not accept 3rd party credit cards. Please note cash deposits are not accepted.The hotel reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount 72 hours prior to reservation arrival date. Non-valid credit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.Guests must be 19 years or older to check into the hotel. Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian for the duration of their stayChildren 12 and under stay free in the parent’s room (up to 2 children). The 3rd adult charge will be $20.00 per night plus taxes using the existing bedding.Extra beds can be requested using the Special Request box when booking. Extra beds cannot be accommodated in the Executive One-Bedroom Suite. Guests must confirm availability direct with the hotel after the reservation has been made.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Dalia “Excellent hotel, with suites condo style”
The location is perfect, in the heart of downtown in a very nice area, next to all the shops on Robson area, near Pacific Centre Mall with Nordstrom and numerous shops, lots of restaurants and bars, lots of sightseeing at walking distance. Near public transportation, buses, Metro, Seabus, and in Canada Place there are other options for transportation, seaplanes, boats, etc. The hotel is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped with a full size range oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, cups, different glasses, etc etc, across the street is Urban Fare, a very nice supermarket, the bathroom is very clean. The room was completely renovated. We went to a King Suite, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The suite is big, it is in fact a Condo, with an office area with its door for privacy, living and dining room and a storage room. TV's in the living room and bedroom. Dining room with a nice table and chairs, living room with a comfortable sofa and a love seat with a coffee table. Enough closets. The view from the 12th floor was fantastic. We have not heard any noise from the street. There is a Nespresso machine and they leave every day coffee and tea, plus 2 bottles of water complimentary. They also provide a sponge for cleaning the plates and dish detergent, plus detergent for dishwasher. We have not used either the gym nor the parking. The walkability is 100 % to many nice areas, and we also celled a taxi to go to other places in Vancouver. The front desk people were always very attentive. We will come back to this hotel in a heartbeat, it is maybe the best hotel we have stayed in Vancouver in the last 15 years.

Liked having a full kitchen; a bit dated but we'll stocked. The bed was reasonably comfy for a hotel bed. Clean linens. Location was fantastic!!! Very big too.which we loved
