Beautiful house in the centre, lovely room with comfortable bed, a good-sized ensuite and a nice front terrace overlooking the square. The staff were super friendly, showing us around the house and helped with local info.

It was the perfect hill village stay in the lovely La Vera region. Attractive wood and adobe traditional house lovingly restored by its owners, overlooking a pretty plaza in the centre of this historic village. Our room was beamed and prettily decorated with windows onto wooden balcony with views of the village and beyond to the wooded hills. The owner was warm and friendly and cooked just for us a tasty 3 course dinner, including a delicious fish and seafood soup! and then breakfast next to a roaring fire in the beautiful sitting and dining room. Accompanied by their faithful old black Labrador!

Beautiful old building in an historical village. Drive into the little square right beside La Picota, unload your luggage, check in and then park at the other side of the village.. easy! lovely, friendly staff, spotless, lovely room.
