Apartment Hotel Overview

Set 30 metres from the beach of Valras-Plage and the Mediterranean Sea, this residence offers Wi-Fi access and air-conditioned apartments. Guests are free to relax on the terrace or in the on-site bar.
Opening up to a private balcony or a terrace, each studio includes a flat-screen TV and a telephone. All of the studios are equipped with en suite bathrooms with showers.

The fine print
Please note that from October to May, arrivals are not possible after 19:00. During this period, the reception is closed 1 day per week.
Arrival and departures times for June to September are as follows: - Check-in: 14:30 to 16:00 and 18:00 to 23:00. The reception is closed between 16:00 and 18:00. - Check-out: 08:00 to 10:30.
Please note that all children under 2 years old are charged EUR 18 per week for children's cots.
Please note that for stays of 1 to 6 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. A change of linen and towels is available upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price but guests must clean their own kitchen area and wash their dishes before departure.
For stays of 7 or more nights, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the price but are available for an extra charge.
Fees will apply if guests do not clean their kitchen area before check-out.
Guests can choose to bring their own linen or towels or rent them onsite for the following extra charges: - Bed linen: EUR 10 per bed per week - Towels: EUR 9 per person per week - Beds made at our arrival : EUR 10 per bed - End-of-stay cleaning: EUR 60 .
Please note that 1 pet is permitted per apartment only, for an extra charge of EUR 8 per day or EUR 50 per week.
Please note that public parking is available on Boulevard Gambetta, 60 metres from the property.

The staff were so friendly, excellent location 3 minutes from a beautiful beach. The resort is busy but the apartment was calm and quiet.

Great central location in small, friendly beach town. Reception, facilities and cleanliness excellent. Valras is a bit off the main routes but there is a regular, reliable and cheap bus connection (1 euro per ticket !) to the nearby large city of Beziers. Beziers, if you don't know, has some stunning historical buildings and also sits on the gorgeous Midi canal. Valras Plage itself is a great place for individual or family holidays and you cannot go far wrong staying at this residence.

As a woman travelling alone I was weary of where I would be staying however, I felt very safe and the staff and other residences were very nice and made me feel comfortable
