Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.

Exterior, lobby, the staff is very warm, very helpful and very friendly, cannot complain about anything regarding this. The check in and check out procedures extremely fast and easy. The perspective above the harbour and the city is spectacular. A breakfast with a plenty of choices is included. Complementary coffee, water and tea, any time on the desk. A cozy design for lobby and common spaces.

Good location for tourist areas and good views over the harbour. Quiet location. Pauline and Cristian were extremely good hosts looking after their guests and were able to give advice on where to go and what to see.Cristian cooks very good Chilean meals in the evenings to order. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Beds were good. Tea and coffee available all day. Would recommend a stay here to all.

The room was small but clean and comfortable with an outstanding view of the harbor and mountains. The breakfast was very good, made to order. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, very likable. The hotel is very attractive, modern furnishings, large terrace with a panoramic view. The location is close to many attractions like the Pabo Neruda museum/house.
