This is a very quirky hotel in an excellent location, the rooms are large and the bed very comfortable. The built in furniture in the rooms is built off center on purpose, which makes the rooms a little quirky. Breakfast is served in a breakfast room and made to order, with plenty of yogurt, fruit and bread. I left the hotel on my last day before breakfast was being served and they gave me a packed breakfast to take away, it was so big I had breakfast and lunch. 2 sandwiches, 2 pieces of fruit, 2 drinks and 2 sweet buns, and a few sweets. Absolutely excellent service, but I expected nothing less as the owner and her staff are most welcoming and friendly. Overall an excellent hotel that suits the vibe of Valparaiso.

I felt extremely well treated in this place. The women who run the hotel are very kind and sage ppl. My room was comfy, warm and clean. Good internet connection. The mattress was comfortable. The bathroom is small but very clean and had a good hot shower. The accommodation offered all needed amenities.

Excellent very central location and beautiful view on Cerro Allegre from our window. There is heating and hot water in the room.
