The breakfast is adequate for a 3-star hotel in Italy. The room is spacious, and the one we had on the second floor had an unforgivable view. The owners are very friendly and ready to help and give guidance on the best places to visit. The restaurant on the ground floor is excellent we dined there for 4 evenings and all the food we opted for was fantastic.

Everything was perfect, from the free parking to breakfast and lake view. The owners were very nice too and helpful and they can speak English too. Also only a short distance to the town Center for restaurants and gelato. We would love to come back soon. Grazie mille per la sua gentilezza e ci vediamo a la prossima!

Everything was perfect ! When we woke up and we saw this view from our room , we were amazed ! Hosts were amazing. So cute and helpful ! Definitely recommend! Place is also very nice , we went for swimming also , water was great.

Immaculately clean. Slept well.. Spacious bedroom & bed comfortable with starched white sheets. & towels. Patio spacious with stunning views of the lake. Very peaceful location. Centrally heated nice & warm in February. Photo is the view from our patio. Bus stop nearby to Lecco Town train or other areas of the lake. No need for hire car

Great hotel. Great staff. No traffic on the road out the front as it's not a through road. Lovely and quiet. Fantastic views. A real special stay. I will return with my family in the future for sure. Many thanks Stuart Four Marks Tours
