Please note that only 1 pet per accommodation is allowed, for an extra charge of EUR 12 per day.Please note that for stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen, towels and TV are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival. Super location for visiting Vallon Pont d'arc. Outside balcony with mountain views. Really nice and helpful staff and a great pub just off site 100m up the road 😁

We had a studio for six for the two of us so there was plenty of room. Shower room and fridge were excellent. Location by the Ardeche river is fabulous (but see below). Great for before breakfast and evening swims (though river bank is busy with canoes during the day). Walkable to Pont d'Arc. Next door restaurant is no longer Michelin starred so gives a lovely dining experience at a reasonable price. They have a very good special rate for 7 night bookings if you are prepared to do the cleaning
