We appreciated the room size, facilities, comfortable bed, room layout, bathroom size and cleanliness. Tea and coffee making were great too. Staff were excellent, especially Joanna on reception. We experienced one or two small housekeeping issues which were quickly fixed, relating to the bathroom lighting and the TV. Breakfast, although a short walk away in another street, was well organised and delicious.

The hotel is very well located, close to everything The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was huge, super clean, we could try little maltese cakes/biscuits, we had 2 glasses of prosecco as a welcoming gift on the rooftop bar with an amazing view on the dome of Carmelite church, we enjoyed our stay bery much.

Staff were very friendly and we were able to access our room immediately having arrived off a morning flight. Spacious room if just lacking sufficient storage and shelf space.

The terrace was lovely and the first night we were invited to a prosecco glass. The breakfast was excellent. There was a buffet plus coffee and an option from the menu. The reception staff were very friendly and answered all our questions.

It is a great location, clean and breakfast was fine. Everything is nearby, so you can go out anytime and find everything.
