The fine print
A surcharge of EUR 40 applies for arrivals from 19:00 until 00:00, while check-in between 00:00 and 03:00 costs EUR 70. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Please note that construction work is going all over the Malta as well as in buildings nearby and/or adjacent to us (depending on the timing) and some units may be affected by noise, the level of noise may be different and depends on the works which are being done.An online pre check-in registration form must be filled in before the property can proceed with scheduling the check-in appointment.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Central location and in a quiet area. So you can sleep at night in silence. Nice coffee place in front of the building

The apartment is well located and reasonably comfortable but it is over priced for what it is. It was nice to have a plenty of space to relax in and a full dining table in a separate area. The outside terrace offers great views and was a strong reason why I booked. Disappointing that there was no shade as it was very hot in the sun (a parasol or awning would help). For night times the outside light didn’t work - I did email about this but didn’t get a proper reply. Decent amount of clothes storage in a curtained off area of the bedroom. Things that you’d expect to be included at this price point are missing: no washing up sponge, tea towel, dishwasher tablets etc. Lists of fines for leaving the air con running or even for breaking a piece of crockery. TV offers just Prime Video. There were light bulbs out and the TV menu has been left in Dutch - things that housekeeping should check! The shower doesn’t drain properly and quickly floods the bedroom and I see this has been noted in previous reviews. Additionally, there was heavy rain when I was there and one of the roof lights leaks creating puddles in the kitchen/dining area. Just as well it’s a polished concrete floor.

Photos don’t do it justice. Apartm was a good size not pokey quite modern too. Good shower pressure comfy bed all you need when away from home.

The location is very central and the apartment has a nice vibe, is rather well equipped with well functioning air-conditioning. The terrace is a big plus, although it was very warm and hence were not able to enjoy it as much as we would have liked.

The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The location is excellent, just a short walk from all the main attractions. The balcony with a sea view is breathtaking. Highly recommended!!
