This hotel is the worst I have stayed in so many! I chose to pay at the store, but did not receive payment due to staff negligence. After leaving the store the next day, I asked for my credit card and expiration date! I said I would communicate with Booking to find a reasonable payment method, but they didn't listen! Then he bombarded me with Italian language every day. When I was on my vacation, Booking finally told me to charge my credit card. He still didn't believe me! Still questioning why I paid with Booking! What a rubbish hotel! Bad luck!
