Amazing location. Very friendly staff. However, we are a couple with a toddler. The beds are not appropriate for a couple as they joined 2 single beds which meant having a gap as the beds were moving in the middle of the night. Sadly, breakfast was really bad. Not enough options even for a cold breakfast. Only 2 types of bread which were clearly old. Nice place but most definitely not a 4 star hotel it has the potential for being one.

We booked a junior suite which was extremely spacious and very well equipped. There was a kitchenette which was handy. The 2 balconies overlooked an ancient church with a more distant view of the cathedral. There was plenty to do in the immediate vicinity and it was only a five minute walk to the town centre. Parking on site was fine and the staff excellent. It was not super cheap but was well worth the money.

Excellent location, very close to the center of Valladolid. Staff was kind enough to suggest places to visit around the city. Although it was festival season, rooms were exceptionally quiet and comfortable to sleep in.

Location was excellent and the room was very spacious and comfortable - so many plugs and lights! We liked having a separate sitting area. On site parking and access to it was fine. All the staff we met were very pleasant and helpful.
