The facilities which were extensive were explained in detailed to us Our host had perfect English and explained a cost effective way of getting to Chichen Itza The location could not have been better 3 mins walking from ADO bus station and 5 mins from main Plaza It was also secure with no traffic noise

Location was fabulous and so close to everything. Having access to the kitchen was handy and while the pool was lovely I didn't end up using it. Easy communication for my arrival with staff there to greet me.

This is a very nice place to stay in Valladolid. It's near the centre of town. They have a nice courtyard with a small pool and a place to lounge. A nice, big, clean well equipped common kitchen. The rooms are basic, but clean with air conditioning. It's a family run business and they are very nice and helpful. All in all a very nice stay.

The staff were very welcoming. Good English and took the time to explain how everything worked! The kitchen was free at any time. They provide fresh fruits, toast, tea, coffee etc... Just excellent!
