The fine print
* Payments:
- After acceptance of the quotation, a deposit of 50% will be required which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Within 60 days before the event a second deposit of 25% will be required which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- If acceptance of the offer is within 60 days before the start of the event, we will require 1 deposit of 75% which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- After completion of the event, the remaining 25% of the accepted quotation plus additional consumption will be invoiced on a post-calculation basis. This invoice must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.* Cancellation policy:
- Up to 60 days before arrival, up to 50% of the confirmed reservation can be cancelled free of charge.
- From 60 to 30 days before the event, up to 25% of the confirmed reservation can be cancelled free of charge.
- From 29 to 8 days before the event, 90% of the reservation value will be invoiced.* Other Meeting & Event Conditions:
- Changes in numbers can be communicated up to 30 days before the start of the event, a deviation of up to 20% will be accepted.
- From 29 days before the start, in case of a change in numbers, the full amount will be invoiced.
- Unless stated otherwise, all quotations are subject to change.
- If allergies and/or dietary requirements are not communicated before the start of the event, there will be a surcharge of €7.50 for last-minute adjustments.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Comfy beds. Good location to the markets. Rather than pay for expensive hotel breakfast, less than 5 mins flat walk away is Hema department store cafe that you can eat and drink breakfast for 6-7 Euros (hot drink, croissant, cheese roll, boiled egg). Opens 9am

We loved the location, design, staff, and the fact that there is a very nice restaurant with great food in the very characteristic building. The room was very comfortable, great amenities, and just an all-round great experience for a reasonable price - not too expensive at all! We stayed only one night as we returned from a couple of weeks in the Ardennes, on the way back north. This hotel is the perfect stop-over break for us and we will use it again for that purpose. However, the quaint and very historical town of Valkenburg is also worth staying around a few days longer, some great hikes in its surrounds as well!

This new hotel is located in the center of Valkenburg. It has its own paid parking in front of the hotel, but due to constructions we couldn't park. Luckily, there is a car park close by that has enough spots available. What I liked about the hotel: - The amazing and stylish interior! - The rooms are small, but has everything you need for a short stay - Breakfast was really good. I highly recommend it. - The beds are comfortable, the pillows are fluffy and the rooms are nice and quiet

Our stay at the hotel was everything we could hope for. The lady at reception was lovely, always helpful with a constant big smile on her face. The hotel itself has a magical climate of the past. The area around it was very quiet, you could really relax after long day of sightseeing or attractions. The room we stayed in was also very nice with a really comfortable bed and a smart tv. It was a pleasure to wake up every morning in this beautiful and historical place, drink a cup of coffee and walk about 5 minutes to the centrum of Valkenburg. Thank You for a wonderful vacation and see You again!

The best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The room was up in the eves of the old convent so the bed was up a set of stairs. It is an incredible and unique property! We will be back!
