Good location, not far from Montepulciano, nice hosts, clean rooms, pancakes and muffin with homemade marmalade for breakfast- we really liked it. Good place for a trip to Tuscany.

We loved the big swimming pool: salty water with a very nicely furnished pool area where we spent a relaxing afternoon. Franca and her husband are extremely kind and made us feel at home. We recommend to dine there, great homemade food

We happened to be there in a period when the place was not fully booked, so it was very quiet and private. Annibale did everything to make us feel pampered and welcome. He was very accommodating to all our needs. The swimming pool is clean and we loved to have it mostly for ourselves. The room and bathroom were clean even though the furniture is outdated.

I loved the friendly and accommodating hosts, the peaceful and serene atmosphere, and the convenience of the location for exploring nearby attractions. The local breakfast and dinner were delicious, and I highly recommend having dinner at this agriturismo. The breakfast with various homemade jams was delightful, especially the rose jam, which was exceptional.

Excellent location with a nice host, who brought me by car to a restaurant. The swimming pool is Navi after a long day cycling. There is regular noise of high speed trains nearby but in the evening and night they don’t pas.

A very convenient place to stay to drive around the area (also for a single night). Lovely yard, pool, delicious simple breakfast. I recommend trying (ordering) their dinner as well, delicious, local, authentic. The owners are a very sweet and friendly old couple!
