Location kind of makes up for some shortcomings. Hard to be critical when sitting right next to the sea sipping bear on your private portch.

The distance to the beach is very short, less than a minute of walking distance. The location looks amazing and the area is very quiet and family friendly.

Excellent location right on the sandy beach, clean and comfortable amenities. Big bonus is nice terrace with sea view. There is a separate barbeque area just next to the house that we used. All in all very good value for money with unbeatable location.
