Very comfortable flat with all the necessities. Kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were big and showers had great water pressure, beds were comfortable. Best location for Valencia - Cabañal is wonderful. Very pleased with our stay!

Clean, cozy, spacious place. Comfortable beds and mattresses, well equipped kitchen with stove and coffee machine, patio in the backyard. Air conditioning and hot water work well. Everything corresponds to the description, which was very pleasing, because sometimes advertising does not correspond to reality. Convenient location in a beautiful authentic area of the classic Spanish suburb of El Cabanyal. The beach is 5-10 minutes walk away, at the same time there are metrotram and bus stops nearby, the historic city center is 15-20 minutes ride. The night bus route 19 was very helpful. And I especially want to note the hospitality and responsiveness of the owner of the apartments, Miguel and his wife.
