Very good location, close to metro station Ayora, 20 min walk to Calatrava centre (my favourite), 35 min walk to the beach, good grocery shops nearby (especially recommended Mercadona). The apartment has everything you need and two bathrooms upstairs! The host is very friendly and on reach all the time. He kindly allowed us to check in earlier and also left the apartment later to suit our flight which was highly appreciated!

The residential neighbourhood, not far from the city centre and close to the museum and Oceanogràfic area, is very pleasant and safe, served by the Ayora metro (5 minutes' walk) and the city's bikesharing, with plenty of shops. The loft is located on the ground floor, overlooking a wide, tree-lined, traffic-free boulevard. Privacy and brightness are ensured by a glass-cement wall facing the street, with a transparent window at the top. Inside (we had flat no. 2) there is a small living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, a large bathroom and, on the upper floor, a small bedroom, with a writing desk and the necessary equipment for storing clothes. Everything is in excellent condition, clean, and comfortable. Not cheap, but highly recommended, especially for a stay of several days, like ours.

Based in a residential neighbourhood, well connected to the city centre and the beach by metro and the city bike rental system. The apartment is well equipped, well decorated and ideal for a family or group of friends. The host allowed us to keep our luggages after checking out, which we have highly appreciated.
