We enjoyed a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel. The location is perfect as it’s so close to everything. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfy. The electric kettle was a welcome bonus. The staff were exceptional. We will definitely return.

The hotel was very good, with a perfect location, close to the center and near the main historical sites which were within walking distance. The parking was excellent and with an elevator, you could go directly to the room. Cleanliness was exemplary. Above all, the staff was very cooperative and friendly.

The property does look a bit nicer in the photos than it actually is - there is nothing but a few tables and bar stools on the terrace - no refreshments or access to food / drinks - no menus or facility to order like there is in the reception area. Reception staff helpful. Bathroom nice, bed comfortable. When I had an issue with the safe not locking and stating low battery this was resolved quickly. Location very good

The hotel is located in the centre of Valencia and walking distance to everything. The room was huge and the beds super comfortable and a plus that I could choose my style of pillow.

Perfect hotel. The Suite was amazing. Living room, seperate, bedroom and lovely bathroom. Best shower ever! Great location Staff friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

The location is great, near the main city square, metro and train station. The breakfast was very good.
