The communication from the host was good. We found the square easily enough after a 10 minute walk from Xativa metro station, but it did take a little bit of searching to find the entrance. It is directly across the square from Lima restaurant. The location of this unit is outstanding. It is easy to access all of the Old City, and you are about 2 minutes feom Mercat Centrale. We were in the Duplex on the 3rd floor, it is fully equipped to cook, so you have access to raw materials. If not, there is no shortage of restaurants in the area most of them really good. The shower is great and we had some of our best sleep in this location. It is a little pricey, but it allowed me the Old City experience that I was looking for. Highly recommended!

The studio was beautifully designed and very well-equipped, and the location could not have been more perfect for exploring Valencia. Communication with Marta was excellent, very informative and welcoming. Self check-in was a breeze. The train station was a 25 minute walk away, which was doable for us. We definitely recommend!

This property is in a great location, just round the corner from the central market and within walking distance to lots of museums, attractions and restaurants. We stayed in the “duplex” apartment, which had everything we needed for our 5 day trip. Finding and getting into the apartment on arrival was very easy and communication with staff was excellent.

Simply the best location! Right in the middle so everything of interest is very close by. However, situated in a quietish square and has amazing sound proof balcony doors. Quite a few stairs to reach room but strong hand rails help make it easier. Room was perfectly decorated and clean. Very comfortable bed too. Communication done via WhatsApp making it very easy and efficient and never felt ignored.

We had the duplex apartment which is on two floors. It is well equipped, having a full cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. There is plenty of space and seating with toilets upstairs and down. The shower is upstairs. The location is particularly good with the balcony opening onto a quiet square, yet the busy market area is just around the corner. Only thing to be aware of is the 60 step climb to this particular apartment which is at the top of the building. You don’t get to meet anyone since codes are given to enter the property, but communication is very quick and easy by WhatsApp.

We loved the location, really central and easy to walk everywhere. Right next to the market which was great for us and near the park. The apartment was clean and kitchen was well stocked with utensils as we ate in a lot. We will definitely be staying again, we come to Valenica regularly for running races and will definitely be staying again. We loved our stay.
