The location is really lovely overlooking the Las Arenas beach. We stayed in a small suite which had a beautiful large terrace with a view of the beach. Bathroom was small but the shower was excellent. Any staff we met were helpful and friendly. We didn't get breakfast included but breakfast is available in many of the nearby restaurants. Bed was comfortable but needed better pillows

Hotel is in a great location for the beach and bars but not much else around. Some of the restaurants won't let you eat there unless you are a guest of their hotel. Music in the bars in the port area is way too loud and no other bars for older couples or families. Great beach but lacks toilet facilities and the beds & parasols are very expensive. The chiringuitos offer a great selection of snacks and drinks.

In a great location. Good quality breakfast for the money. Walk to the beach. Eat and rest at nearby restaurants. Enjoy the whole day and night. Easy to transport to attractions. Safe, clean environment. Helpful staff.
