It’s student accommodation and was perfect for my needs - to prepare for an exam. There’s a desk in the room which was very useful. The position is good because it’s in the University area . It has a huge terrace (overlooking Sevilla FC grounds - well the stands really. )

Extremely quiet at night . Close to Valencia football ground where I went on a tour . Close to bars and cafes which were reasonably priced . I found it easy to walk into the centre of Valencia but I enjoy walking . Understand that for some it might be a bit far . Always hot water . Internet good . Staff very helpful and friendly . Good atmosphere about the place .

Great location. It’s a bit of a walk to the historic centre of town, 25 mins maybe, but not a big deal as it’s a really nice walk. It’s right opposite the Valencia CF stadium and there was a match on while I was there. The atmosphere was amazing. It’s great value for money and would definitely recommend. The air con was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful.
