Everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived the personnel was very nice and welcoming. The room was big, clean and had a very big window with street view. There were a lot of restaurants in the area, however the room was soundproofed so we could not hear the noise. We had a view of the City of Arts and Sciences which was very nice. There is also a very nice park near the hotel. All in all our holiday was perfect and we will for sure come back to this hotel.

The location was great. Very clean and could not hear the traffic. The room had coffee and tea facilities. A microwave. A double shower that was amazing.

Stuff was very friendly and wellcoming. Room was nice, a lot of light and view on Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències. We loved the big shower with two shower heads.

Very nice and helpful staff. Close nearby the new city area and the Ocenarium. Parking nearby is free. Good offering for the money paid. Breakfast not as buffet but you have the choice based on a menue.

Almost everything was perfect, especially the location (very close to several comercial centers where you can eat and shop). Very clean and the staff with great initiative to help with good informations. They also changed our room immediately because i booked it for a wrong audience (couple instead of family 2+1). The response to emails is extremely fast (which is a big plus, when you need info).

Cleanliness was perfect. The location was superb next to the art and sciences centre. It has so many restaurants. One was spoiled for choice.
