The staff was excellent! Both Alvaros were very helpful. The room was very new and clean but facing to the noisy street so it wasn’t possible to keep the windows open. The location is good - next to the modern part of Valencia. The bar downstairs is also very convenient.

The location is very near the City of Arts and Science. There is a shopping center nearby, a lot of places to eat. The bus stations are near.

Initially there were some issues but the staff and the manager did really everything to sort them out. It was an enjoyable stay after all.

The staff was simply excellent. Super friendly and accommodating. We arrived with our 6months old baby and they immediately suggested to bring up a small bathtub for him in addition to the baby cot that had already been placed in the room.

Rooms are ok. Everything what you need. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. Very friendly and helpufull staff at reception. Fantastic location.

The staff was amazing! Helped with everything we asked. Very close to the museum area but far from the old city. Rooms were super clean
