No air conditioning hence it felt stuffy and a little too warm for a good night sleep. We have had to leave the balcony doors all night. There was some traffic noise, etc. as the room was facing the street.

We stayed here for a few days during pur visit to Valencia. The room was spacious and clean, we stayed at the top floor. The issue for me was related to the noise. Although they mention the rooms are noise proof, we had a communicating door to the next room, so we heard everything they were saying. It was really hard to sleep, so that was a big minus for me. Wouldn't recommend the place if you are a light sleeper.

Very nice and spacious studio but there are some things that need to be changed. The bed is quite comfortable (the matress) but the fact that there are 2 bed on wheels(!) you can easily fall between the gap of them. This was very annoying . Another thing..if there is a windy weather the outside curtains make a very loud noise and you can’t sleep at all. And another thing that I didn’t like and didn’t understand.. the rooms were cleaned everyday ,they made the beds that had an weird bed linen.. but they didn’t cleaned the floors .. not even once 😣 The price is fair, I really like the location and the modern design

The location is great, only 15 min walk to historic centre. Apartment is a reasonable size and gets daily room service.

First I should say we saw two different rooms, and as for me it's a really big difference between them. The one with two beds next to each other I would not recommend, and I would not ever come back. The other one with "double bed" was fine. We liked that. Even room layout was better, not only the bed. In both, the kitchen had everything needed. Was clean, and they provided a room service, changed towels, cleaned room and even washed dishes want we left in the sink. The location was good, btw we found free parking nearby.

I travel a lot to different countries and cities, and I try to choose places that meet several criteria for my holidays.: convenient location, comfort inside and matching the description. this place fully meets all the criteria. I read reviews about sound insulation and it's true, but our neighbors turned out to be good people who didn't make any noise even after 21:00. The location is excellent, you can take several routes to the beach and the city center. There is a park area nearby, and a grocery store is not too far away. The apartments themselves have a little kitchen, refrigerator, and a great large bathroom. I also want to mention the cleanliness and daily cleaning. this is an indicator of a good hotel. I also want to point out that I requested a room on the top floor and it was taken into account. I also noticed that the hotel has a laundry room, but I didn't ask how to use it. In conclusion, I want to fully recommend this place to you, to be honest, we spent several days in comfort!
