A great place to stay for a couple of nights in Valencia. Located in a quiet street in the old town, very close to all the attractions. There are two metro stations nearby and it's just 15 minutes walk from the train station, and a little more to the bus station. The receptionists are exceptionally friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The check-in procedure is fast and simple. The room is impeccably clean, very comfortable and pretty. And they clean it everyday. The bed is big and the shower hot. And there is enough room in the bathroom to put all you things (which is not the case in many hotels I've stayed in). There is also a well equipped kitchen on the top floor toghether with a terrace to relax and enjoy a great view onto the roofs of the old town. I would like to stay there again. Highly recommended!

Location was excellent - just a few minutes walk from all the major Valencia historic city center points of interest. Also very close to the greenway that was once a river. Winter rate was very affordable and the room itself was decent size with a small balcony overlooking an interior open space, shared between several other buildings. Bathroom and shower were clean and spacious, with plenty of towels and hot water. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Hulot B&B was a great find. Really good location for me - not in the crazy tourist part of town and close to the Turia Gardens which is perfect for a morning run.

The room was very clean and well furnished. Excellent bathroom. The balcony was delightful and private. Having the kitchen and cooking/eating facilities on the top floor was a real bonus. Very central but very quiet location. The staff were super helpful, thank you!

Good hotel in a centre .for money which pay, but strange letter from host was surprised for us check in from 2 p.m. but from 2-4 break(and I can say same things about some spanish hotel ) despite it friendly and smily receptionist gave keys at 3:30(when we came) , my strongest disappointed it's door in a toilet , I guess toilet is a private space

The location is very good, very close to the city center, you can walk to pretty much all the tourist objectives downtown. The place was quite clean and the room was relatively spacious. The common space at the top floor was a nice place to spend some time with the friends that were with us on the trip. The staff was nice and friendly and, even if we had a flight delay and came in late, we could get into the rooms when we arrived and could check in the next morning. Overall a nice clean and basic accommodation.
