The service and staff were excellent. I booked a room during the weekend of the Valencia marathon 2024. The hotel phoned all the guests well in advance to see when we would like the restaurant to get opened on the day of the race and they opened it at 5:30AM. They also gave us a very nice running T-shirt as a present, allowed for a late check-out until 14:00h free of charge and offered a 15’ post-race massage also for free. Moreover, plenty of fruit was prepared and ready to take after the race. Both managers and staff really tried to make sure we had a wonderful stay and they were fully successful. I would like to give them all a big thanks!

1. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful all throughout our stay. Checkin was smooth and a welcome drink was provided. 2. Wifi is fast. 3. On request, a kettle and an extra blanket was provided. 4. During our stay, the Room was cleaned everyday.

Very dinamic, kind and proactive personnel. Beds in the room are extremly comfortable and the environment-friendly attitudes has to be praised. The restaurant is quite good, apart from paella whose quality and freshness is below average

Breakfast a la carte menu. Plenty to eat. Location not central (central would have been dearer) But well served by No 7 bus. I have to meantion the wonderful Nora who was on reception to.solve any problems with friendly banter to help improve my Spanish.
